Power isn't coming on

To power on or off you have to hold power button down for 10 full seconds

It will feel longer than natural

Camera or Audio issues?

Reboot device

Hold down power button for 10 seconds to shut down
Wait 10 seconds
Hold power button for 10 seconds to turn back on

What does the light at the base mean?

Yellow - not ready to use, needs to charge
Green flashing - currently plugged in, charged and ready to use
Green solid - unplugged and on
