Settings > security & privacy >(bottom of screen) More security & privacy > (very bottom) App pinning > (toggle on) use app pinning > (select) ok > (keep toggle selected) ask for PIN before unpinning

… drag up (don't swipe fully up) > move to app screen to select > click on icon above app screen > select pin
